-MENTORSHIP PROGRAM-
ABOUT THE WIB MENTORSHIP PROGRAM:
The WIB Mentorship Program is an opportunity to foster meaningful relationships between upper and underclassmen of every major. After getting the chance to meet all participants, mentors and mentees will be strategically grouped based on educational and social interests. The entire program will meet multiple times a month as a social group to share memorable experiences and valuable advice. The mentorship program offers an opportunity to meet new people within WIB to form supportive and lasting friendships. This program is based on a commitment to one another and a mutual understanding of the importance of women's empowerment.
Role of Mentor:
A leadership role based on communication, listening, and support within small groups
An opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and provide guidance to underclassmen as they navigate their first years on campus
A commitment to your mentee group by timely communication and meetings two times a month
Role of Mentee:
An opportunity to meet upperclassmen on campus and develop lasting relationships
A chance to meet fellow mentees and expand friendships across the program and BC
Benefit from the guidance of upperclassmen as you navigate the Boston College campus and a career fit post-grad
